Our capes are designed to be the perfect addition to our harnesses or ones you already own, making it easy to identify your dog as a working dog while also being stylish and fun. Made with high-quality materials, our capes are customizable to fit your dog's unique needs and preferences. Our standard cape design can be personalized with embroidery on all three panels, or a combination of embroidery and loop for added versatility. Choose from a wide variety of solid and patterned fabrics to create a unique look for your furry friend.

Our cape attachments are spaced 6" apart, but we can accommodate other measurements upon request.

  • Care Instructions

By following these care instructions, you can prolong the lifespan of your handmade items and ensure that they serve your service dog effectively and safely. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team. Thank you again for choosing our handmade service dog gear, and we appreciate the opportunity to support you and your best friend.

    • Regularly wipe down the gear with a damp cloth or sponge to remove dirt, hair, and debris.
    • For more thorough cleaning, hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach, as they will damage the material.
    • Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue, and allow the gear to air dry. Do not wring or twist the gear to speed up drying, as this may lead to deformation.

*It is not recommended to place the harness/vest/cape or accessories in any kind of machine washer*

Placing your gear in the dryer will void your warranty and can damage your item(s).

For added protection and to keep your gear looking new, it is highly recommended to use Scotch Guard or Crep Spray at least once a month (every 1-2 weeks with heavy use).

    • When not in use, store the gear in a clean and dry place, away from direct sunlight (sunlight will fade materials).

    Avoiding excessive strain:

    • While our gear is designed with durability in mind, it is essential to avoid subjecting it to excessive strain or force. Use the gear appropriately and for its intended use. Do not yank, or violently pull up or sideways on the handles. This can cause damage to the handle and severely injure your dog.
